It looks a lot like the 1937 Talbot 150C SS by Figoni et Falaschi - I just think it's not for some reason!
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

In the period photo the huge chromed exhaust cover is missing, which made me doubt my judgement. It gets tough trying to get those last 50 before "Pro Time".
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
