It's a Frayer-Miller taking part in the American Elimination Trial for the 1906 Vanderbilt Cup. The driver is Lee Frayer, and the mechanic is a 16 yr-old by the name of Eddie Rickenbacker - the late,great Eddie Rickenbacker of motor racing and fighter pilot fame.
