Figoni and Falaschi built it, they were not responsible for the design.

Guess: Geo Ham (=Georges Hamel).

More info about the car:
Delahaye 135 type 'Salon de Paris 1936', built on a long chassis (2,95m)
Source: Delahaye, la belle carrosserie francaise (J-P Tissot). In this book another picture -front/side view- of this car.
