No, neither the (obvious) basis car nor the coachbuilding company were german.

Bartsoen & Bonar started their Model T conversions as Speedford in 1923, changed the name to Speedford in 1924 and discontinued their production in 1927. So I go for 1924.

The car seems to be much lighter than a regular Model T Ford. If thats possible :-)
