1951/52 Veritas Nürburgring 2 liter cabriolet by Spohn. The 1998 cc straight six cylinder engine was designed by Eric Zipprich and built by Heinkel.

Believe the Heinkel engine was called a "Meteor" engine

This five-seater convertible is the Veritas Nürburgring K 5/52, presented in 1951 and probably 10 built. The Heinkel-built engine was originally built for the Meteor race car, hence the name. I found two different claims for who designed the engine, once Ernst (not Eric) Zipprich, and one other source names Karl Schäfer and Karl Rech.
