B***er! I was just going to post. It was started in 1957, was completed in '58 with a Devin body, and won the North-West Class C championship in '59.

Initial power was a Caddy, but it seems it later had M-B and Chevvy motors.

Here's another photo.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

I have the builder as Tom Veness, as per the articles below, for those who have a magnifying glass available...
