As it's very similar to Maserati-Gilco A6 from 1947, I assume this car is about from 1948;
The left and drive excludes Lancia chances;
So I guess it's a barchetta built by Gilco with Fiat 750S engine.

Not the information I have about the engine (not Fiat) and according to my source it's from a later date. Still locked for another try, then it's open again
