I couldn't find it either, looking for Georges Irat and Capella both turned out negative so I posted it.

We did, posted by Hondast I think.  
I think I solved it but Hondast made a bit of a mess of moving it and somehow the whole thread got deleted instead.
It couldn't be re-instated but I tried to persuade him to re-post it and I had most of the postings from the thread which could have been posted again, culminating in my post finally solving it, but he never did!  

So it got lost, although I kept the picture in my files to post again at some future date when it had been long-forgotten!

It shows the difference in knowledge amongst today's puzzlers though: when this car was first posted it took some months (about 6 or 7 I believe) to solve, but now a couple of hours is its maximum life!

I was searching for Capella cars the day before this puzzle was posted, and I dropped this one into my puzzle queue because it looked interesting.  It was a pleasant surprise when it appeared as an expert puzzle.
