For one point: what car is that?
Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

The car looks to be in a museum. The notice at the top left appears to say "drug store", which is an American expression, rarely used in the UK, so is the car from the US?

The car is from the US Tom, and it is in a US museum. Specifically, it is a 1904 Queen Tonneau, manufactured by the C. H. Blomstrom Motor Co. of Detroit, MI, USA. It is located in the Public Museum of Grand Rapids, MI.
