You don't love it, and I don't either, but it won't last because you guessed right.

Hi, is this a SLM Pescara V16 drophead coupe from 1935?

Yes it is. Sorry, Allemano, I hadn't replied to your "Spain-Switzerland" post, because I had the car as a Nacional Pescara, and I had no idea of the Swiss connection.
I think that Nacional Pescara is correct, but I checked and read that it was built by the swiss locomotive builder SLM.

"....in 1934 SLM made a rather dramatic second venture in the passenger car field. Based on the drawings of Marquis de Pescara, who had build the Nacional-Pescara in Spain, the prototype SLM-Pescara was built."

I'll give a point to the puzzler who will discover the maker of this car, and another point to the one who will tell me the name of the coachbuilder who dressed this car some years later its first delivery, but for this question I need some proves, becouse I don't know who he is.

Not french.   I have to clear that I don't know if the coachbuilder, neither if the body comes from the chassis maker or not, but the car is not french.

It seem it is impossible to find cars built before 1970 that are not a repost...than it is impossible to find them because the ways to write their names are endless.

Merged.
There are now so many cars on our database that it is indeed getting much harder to find cars that haven't been posted before.  Since most active members today have not been around for more than 3 or 4 years at most (with exceptions) this is why limited re-posts are now OK.  We don't want to run out of puzzles being posted!
