For one point: What is being described, in the text above?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

EMF "30"  has twin spark, cone clutch, thermo-siphon and oil reservoir, but many pre WWI cars would fit the puzzle description.

It's not in the same format, but I've found an advert in the Austin Daily Herald of July 24, 1909, which uses exactly the same words as the puzzle picture.

The car advertised is the 1909 Firestone-Columbus Model 5002 five-seat touring car, made by the Columbus Buggy Company of Columbus, Ohio.
