I agree, I think the inspiration for the styling is 1960s Opel... However there are no Opel parts used in this car

Is this part of the Skoda S720 development program? Mostly it is mentioned that Skoda wanted to cooperate with Wartburg, but maybe there was also an attempt to cooperate with Polski-Fiat

It is Skoda-based, but it's not an official project from any manufacturer.
