I think ropat is probably correct correct with his call of a Praga Grand, and you didn't say if you wanted a coachbuilder.  If you do want the coachbuilder, I think the style of the puzzle car looks a bit old fashioned for Sodomka.  I would guess it is more likely to be someone like Petera.

It is a Praga, but not a Grand. No coachbuilder needed for the point.

Yes, on the original picture one can see that someone typed Limousine Type "MIGNON" on the back of the picture.
