my source says it was also called Lavinia, in the honor of the FEI benefactor. It was built  by the team of Ricardo Okubo,Ademir Fornasaro, Carlos Augusto Scarpelli,Flavio Vicenzetto, Gilberto Luz Pereira, and a host of several more people. I believe it was displayed at the 1972 Sao Paulo Auto Show.the engine was a Ford 292-cubic-inch v8 in the beginning but they decided to use most of the components from a dodge dart, then used a 318 v8 engine (198 bhp).

FEI X3 Lavinia is what I was after!
The finished car has been puzzled before (more than once..) so I should really merge them.
