Yes ! a relation with AL Special but it's not the 1948 Paris 12 hours , and I don't know the year of the race !

It's a VAF Jihel-Mickey IV 1939 ( perhaps Jihel for J.L and Mickey for MK ? )

(The car was entered in the 1939 Paris 12-hours at Montlhery by Pierre Roujol.)
