I think you are right, but it's curious to see that it was on the same display with the Ritmo Villa d'Este by Introzzi and that it uses the same faux-cabriolet trims.
Perhaps there has been a collaboration between the two coachbuilders.

Personally, I think the three of them copied the idea from somebody else. Might be a future puzzle
