What car are we looking at here? Who developed the car?

Yes, it is. Another point to you.

It's Jim's 1950 J2 which he has developed to a ridiculous degree, and takes part in sprints, drag racing and Bonneville speed events. It's now almost unrecognisable from some angles, and I suppose it's the fastest Allard ever built. He calls it "The Old Fella".
