A very poor answer, I fear, but.....

The sole photo I found of this car indicates it is a Fiat 1500 with body by Bernath of switzerland.

I have seen photos of several other of the 25 or so cars he bodied including Citroen and Alfa models and they were all built in the 1944-1948 period.  I suspect this one may be from 1946 to 1948 although he did build a few cars from 1938-1940.

Don't lock it as this is as far as I have come after many hours of research and someone else may have the correct year.
