Hmmmm: From 1928 to 1946 is almost a generation. Father and son perhaps?
This car is very similar to this one, #2111027 (the body was later mounted on #412011, an 8c2900), plate number MI-54309; according to Julian Mayzub and Simon Moore's book the coachbuilder is not known for sure, and the car was sold in the seventies for 495 Pounds (but colour and windscreen are different)!
