Salmson 2300 Sport LeMans Cabriolet by Motto of Turin, as shown at the Paris Salon. Not certain of the exact year, likely 1956-1957.

Despite the different windscreen and grill, as well as the additional chrome, it must have been the same car as the Le Mans car (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2012-41/solved-neh-1675-salmson-2300-spyder-lm-1955), when you have a look at the license plate:
