Here is a summary of the info we have so far (please correct me if wrong):

The car was made in Italy using a custom tubular chassis and a one-off body, and is powered by a Lancia Aurelia engine.

According to a website where this car was discussed, it was built in 1954 to a design by Michelotti, powered originally by Aurelia B20 3016 and later re-engined with a B20 3105 uprated to 130hp.

Sig Brandoli was a busy man - he built other cars too, but I'm keeping them for myself!

The puzzle photo was taken at a Cesana Sestriere hillclimb retrospective.
