Hi Saco:

At this point, I have no idea about the coachbuilder of your Citroen but may I ask if it might be the same coachbuilder that did this Citroen T23 Corbillard?

They look very similar.  Sadly, I never could find out who built the Corbillard either but it would at least give me and others a chance to look further.

Bill

Hello Bill !
For the hearse , the coach  builder is Georjon à Saint-Chamond (Loire) !
But no relation with the Citroen TA !  ;)

Thank You, Saco!!

Did not help to solve the puzzle but it solved one of my own mysteries with the name of the corbillard coach builder.

I will keep looking for the builder of the TA.

Bill

This looks like one of the Galley of London front-end conversions for the Citroen Traction Avant 'Light 15.'   This British conversion was offered in two different styles in the late 1930s to early 1950s at a cost of £30, fitted but not painted!  Galley was based in the North West of London (NW10).
