The information I can get about it is that it is a Renault tank based in renault 4cv driven by Pierre Dufour in the 1955 GP Agadir (Maroc) I dont know if the car was modified by Dufour. I post some photos:

This car has surfaced in Victoria, Canada and is said to be by Vernet Pairard..

Looks the same to me!
