I thought it was based upon a Fiat 6c 1500 D or E, but as you say this car hasn't an Italian base I want to guess a British marque..is it based upon a Singer RM?

When you say "And not a DKW !", are you also ruling out the Spanish (IMOSA) and Argentine (IASFe) DKW licensees as well?
