An easy one.

For one point, please respond and identify this car and the coachbuilder.

'Official' German vehicle, or simply a limousine?

Wendax

Just a coachbuilt Ford Taunus limousine

I believe this is a Ford Taunus, 1949 I think, built by Witty & Brückl.

Right you are!

Thank you for the point.

I found very little on the coach builder but apparently they built a number of limousine/hire/taxi type vehicles on the Taunus chassis in 1949-1950.  Also some Estate Wagons.

Here is a photo of what looks to be some sort of official car, perhaps a Police vehicle.
