Finally found it : 1934 Lancia Augusta with a 1954 body by Pedro Serra, powered by a Lancia Aprilia engine

Yes that's it, although it said where I found it that it had a Fiat engine..

Well, if I read it carefully it says that before Serra mounted the new body it had a Fiat engine, and he put in a Aprilia engine :

'In 1954 the car was sent to the Serra workshop, where a new V-4 Lancia Aprilia engine was installed while the old body was replaced by this new hand-made roadster'
