I've found it. It was the 1948 Bond 735 Lilliput Sports Roadster. Power was a  water-cooled 735cc horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder (make unknown).

A brochure exists because it was being sold on E-bay.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
