You´re very close (geographically)... ;)

Perhaps a 1905 Seidel & Neumann 30/40 from Dresden?

My very first point I can award after the big crash.

The make is so obscure that the name itself is enough for a point.

It is a 1904 60HP Seidl & Naumann!

EDIT:
No points possible at the moment!
Please remind me to give you this point after everything is recovered.

Thanks grob!  I had my post ready to go when the great crash occurred.  Fortunately revival appears to be at hand.

The only reference to Seidl & Naumann that I could find says: "In 1905, the company developed its own automobile manufactures. The vehicle with the model designation 34/40 hp was 1905 at the Herkomer Competition used. It is unclear whether other vehicles emerged."  Apparently they made a 60 hp as well, or my reference is in error with its model designation.

As I am in Dresden right now, I must say: Ei verbibsch, dor fählt jo'n 'E' in dr Übrschrifft! Seidel, mei Gutster, net Seidl!  ;D
