Mais oui, this is indeed the work of M. Michel Gaillot, and one of his sundry three-wheeled contraptions of the late 1970s.  Bravo.

Et alors, here is a view of the 49cc Le Capitoul from the front.  Enjoy!

Great! Never heard of that before, looks like a mixture of Bellier's Véloto and an Acoma Mini Comtesse.  ;D

I will try and find some more Gaillot images to upload for you Wendax, as he made some other 3-wheeler models as well!
