Mais oui, this is indeed the work of M. Michel Gaillot, and one of his sundry three-wheeled contraptions of the late 1970s.  Bravo.

Great! Never heard of that before, looks like a mixture of Bellier's VĂ©loto and an Acoma Mini Comtesse.  ;D
