Your vehicle is a BMW Isetta 600 with a 2,000 horsepower Allison aircraft engine.

I believe the designer was Jim Lytle and the builder was Ansen Engineering.

It had the name "Alsetta" (Allison/Isetta) and was apparently built in 1967.

I recognized the base vehicle immediately.  A one chance try on Google "BMW Isetta 600 Hot Rod" gave me the answer.
It was a "Cover Car" on the April 1967 issue of Rod & Custom Magazine.

By the way, as I am now so close to Professional status, you did not yet award me the point for the answer.
I would appreciate the point.

Edit:  OOOPS, the point has now been posted and thank you!!!
