Not just me then! The first name that came to mind when I saw this was 'Jenatzy'. :D

Yes, of course it is!
Locked for you to find its location and name

Made by the Japan Electric Vehicle Club, this is a wooden-bodied replica.  One site names it as L'homage à la Jamais Contente but that could equally be a description.  Location: Tokyo?

Japan is correct :)
Still locked for you as you're very close to the name...

I'm baffled.  that name/description came from the Washington Post.  The only other site I found is a Japanese one that refers to the "JAMAIS CONTENTE" EV Replica but the site appears to have been written by an auto translator and this looks like a badly translated description.

OK you may have the point!
I believe it's called Jamais Contente II

grobmotorix

The name seens to be: "L' Hommage a la Jamais Contente"

Quiller

It also seems to be referred to as the Jamais Contente Homage II.
Anyone got a good grasp of Japanese...?
