It's a 1959 Zombi 1500SR Sports Roadster.

Believe it or not, I was looking for images of another puzzle car, and typed in Frazer Nash GRP body, and this came up halfway down the page! The whole site is a complete joke, and personally I can't see what fun the instigators get out of it, but maybe it means something in Vancouver, for that is where this fictional company is based.

Another one put to bed. The OP knows me now - I don't cheat. 'Twas pure serendipity. (I still haven't solved the other puzzle!)
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

You get 2 points for that since it's an old Black Hole puzzle.
Some people just have too much time on their hands to produce sites like that..
