Following Bernard Vermeylen in his book, it's a 720... I will ask him where is the truth and if their informations are reliable...

That's what I have so it's 1 point for you.
I checked a number of different Czech sites and they all called it a 720, so it is one of a number of different prototypes by Giugiaro for that model.
Looks just like a Ford Escort Mk 2 to me..
