I hope you won't mind if I answer with a quizz...  ;)

The back lights look very BMW to me, the lower part is quite reminiscent of an Alfa Romeo 164 and overall there is something from the Cadillac Allante.

Do I have at least one good idea?  :D

I can see where you're coming from with all of those ideas, but I'm afraid none of them have any relationship to what this is!

No, we've already established it was based on a Mercedes-Benz SL and it remained an M-B.  Clearly not a factory job though..!

I saw the MB answer previously. I was thinking of a revival, à la the numerous "Packard" and "Duesenberg" revival proposals that appeared in North America, based on production models from other companies. 

So, not such a car.

Was it build as a proposal by a suppler of parts or materials?
