I have a found a photo in my archive that seems the same truck. I have got it as Svenska Elektrobil Delivery Truck year 1943.

The SVVS site gives this Elektrobil as being built in 1943.  However, the swedish site NyTeknik tells that the Asea-lastbil was first presented at Västerås in 1925.  However, the same site tells that the Asea 41 Ellastbil owned by Aros Motorveteraner in Västerås was built in 1941.  Who knows ?
