According to my source it is not Adolf Brudes at the wheel, but I didn't ask for the driver, and Brudes was racing this car, too. It is an Awtowelo-BMW, also called EMW.
Locked for you to find the model name.

I found only two names for these "stromlinien" awtowelo cars:  S1 and Intertyp.  According to a well known site about racing cars, the number 1 was an S1 that took part in Sachsenring and Dessau races in 1949, while Intertyp carried number 3.  So I guess that the quiz car is an Awtowelo-Bmw S1 SC2000 L6.

An Intertyp was a style of competition car common in Germany, and elsewhere.  The cars had with cycle mudguards (fenders) headlights on brackets and aother such details.  With the mudguards on and lights fitted it could compete as a sports car;add number plates and a more efficient silencer and it could be driven on the road.  Stripped of the mudguards, lights etc it could compete as a racing car.

Thank you D-type...I'm not very good in competition cars and their definitions.  Now I know it!
