My source says that it is THE FIRST GRUMMET COUPE (what)  WAS BASED ON THE EARLIER ISUZU BELLET COUPE (based on) and if my english comprehension dont fail me sould be from 1976 (when), built in Uruguay (where) by Autopiezas Esposito SA (whom). I think all your questions are asked now.
