I think this was an electric car that was developed by a man P.V. Raghavaiah from autonagar, Vijayawada india?

Yes it is.   One of his other creations has featured on AP before.
How on earth do you track down these things?

thank you ! I guess Im sorta like a bloodhound, ;D always tracking. I,ve  always enjoyed trying to solve very obscure cars
