Experts' time, but I'll give you a clue: the car out of which this one was developed has been puzzled here before..

Voror. Oror means Aurore in Russian.

The site where the picture comes from is an Armenian newssite and it states: "Voror"—which means "gull," in Armenian. I don't speak either language so I don't know who's right.

Interesting!

No period sources mention such name. Oror or Tschaika (Чайка) is what I have found so far. Bu according to google translator Voror indeed means "gull" in Armenian like Tschaika in Russian.

Oror is what the car used to be called (and it has been puzzled here before as that).
But its builder developed it a bit more and changed a few things and now calls it something else.
That new name is what I am looking for.

He changed the name to Zangezur(1983), where he was born.

That's it!
There are numerous details differences between the original Oror and this.
