It didn't start out life as a Porsche as I believe it's a pure special using parts from other cars too, but it does have a Porsche engine.

It is a 1958 VW-porsche named The Wachs special built by Lee Wachs in California.

That's the car.
I don't know which bits are VW (if any) but I know the whole rear bodywork is Austin-Healey 100.
The engine is Porsche 356.
