Not a Nova but 1950 Pearson-Kurtis is right ! A point for Serra.

 Exhausts on the wrong side for a Novi motor, but it does really look like one. I've just read the history of this car, and it's quite interesting. It never raced, but it is one of 2 cars, and the other one was loaned to MGM to appear in a Clark Gable/Barbara Stanwyck film. They were built for Indy, but never took part. Seems a waste of a good design.
