Yes, that's the car. But I have a slightly different year, locked for you.

According to the Bugatti register, two chassis have been bodied by Ruckstuhl with this sedan body : 49450 and 49451. Both are dated 1932 in the register. The previous known chassis (49448) was made in 1931. The next known chassis (49466) was made in 1932.

49450 was auctioned in 2005 and was also dated 1932 by the auction company.
49451 appeared at the 2009 Retromobile show in Paris on the stand of a famous swiss classic car specialist. It was also dated 1932. Here are the photos I took of it.

Well, my source claims it is from 1930 but 1932 seems very likely too. So I called it solved and we keep 1932 as the right year. A point for you.
