What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?:

Well, yes, but you haven't given me its name!

It is written there on the side of it and it's mentioned in the caption to the photo you've posted so there isn't much more for you to do but I'll still lock it for you to do it..  And give me its date too whilst you're at it because I need that to award the point.

1962 Fiat 500 Ziba Pickup (Ghia)

I realised that the name was on the side, forgot to mention the year, I was already happy I identified it as a Ghia.
