Buckler DD2 mistral bodied Daimler V8 engine 1958
Sorry the photo is to large.
That is basically what it is, though it could be known by a different model name too, which is what I'm looking for for the point.
Locked for your next reply.
I did not know if your car was the same I have because its windscreen but there is only two Bucklers DD2 with V8 Daimler in the Buckler registry and I have get other photo with the same license plate and windscreen.
I have been looking for other name and I dont know if you are looking for a "nicname" os someting like that, but I have not found any. Most of the pages referes to this model as Buckler DD2 PMO for its license plates I think others gives it diferent combinations with its characteristics: Buckler DD2 V8 2500, Buckler DD2 Mistral, Buckler DD2 Daimler, Bucler DD2 Lightweight...
One source gives this model its name Buckler DD2 but it also appears as Buckler MKV Airflow, maybe an error or maybe the name you are looking for.

Buckler MkV Airflow is what I was looking for.
I don't know if it was an official name or not, but it describes the car well enough!
Another point..
this car is a Buckler DD2/Mistral fitted with a Daimler 250 engine and manual gearbox
owned by Simon Ambrose (pictured at Shelsley) grandson of designer Derek Buckler
Welcome to AutoPuzzles Simon and it's great to have the great man's grandson on site!
Thanks for the extra information you provided here:

If he's (quite naturally) interested in Buckler cars. he'll find plenty on this site to keep him entertained! We must have covered most of them by now.
Simon informs me that this car is a DD2, not a MkV or an Airflow..
I've therefore changed the Heading accordingly. So serra was right first time!
