It is a hand made URSS car named Sport 1200 built by Yurij Rubel and dated 1982. Engine from VAZ 2103

No this is not my area but I was looking for other of your puzzles that it is a russian home built one off and I tryed in Arunas page because it is the site where you can find this cars if you dont kwon Russian, there is an apendix for russian hand made cars I review it and this car apeared. That is all.

OK. I didn't get the picture from there but from a Russian site, where the name is slightly different.

No, Sport is correct - it's the 1200 which doesn't tie in with my info.
I had to learn Russian but I think this is what you are looking for Sport 1500 or Спорт 1500 and other year is given 1977 The words in Russian are taken from Arunas web page and means Sport Yurij Rubel
