What's this, by whom, from when:

ANYONE FOUND GIVING ANSWERS OBTAINED BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH BY IMAGE MAY BE BANNED FOR AN INDETERMINATE PERIOD, AND THIS PUZZLE IS ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR AGREEMENT TO THAT IN THE THREAD IN THE NEWS AND INFORMATION SECTION.

It looks a fiat 128 sedan but I did not get nothing more.

Yes.  I could find no references to or pictures of this car on the Internet so I thought it would be a bit harder.
Did you find it in a magazine/book?

I've found it on the web. Currently there is one for sale at 2500 € on an italian classifieds web site, there is a photo of one in a junkyard on a carspotter web site, and there is a brochure of it on a collector's web site. Hence it wasn't that hard to find, even though the puzzle's photo doesn't seem to exist online indeed.

You're right, thanks, I've found them now.
I think my mistake was to include the word "Francis" in my search..
