It's not British.
I can't see that it's RHD either; I haven't reversed the picture and if it seems that way that's how I found it, but I would say with almost 100% certainty that it's LHD.

Possibly, but probably not.
The car is based on a production car but according to its maker about 90% of the bodywork was replaced with his own panels made from sheet-metal and/or glass-fibre (as we call it!).
