Lincoln proposal drawing from the late 50s?

Despite appearances it's not a Lincoln!
It's late 50s though of course.

You're right, it was a Packard proposal from 1956, but I don't think Richard Arbib was involved.
I don't actually know the name of any individual who was; all I want to know is how the sketch came about according to the story and why it resembles the Lincoln Futura...
Locked for you see if you can find that.

I found very little info,it seems that some of the ford design team left for  Packard   right after the futura ,hoping to get more money?. I,ll keep searching though

That's about it really.
It's said to be by the same team that designed the Lincoln Futura, only this time working for Packard, which is why it's so similar!
The team at Lincoln was led by Bill Schmidt, who I don't think was one of those who left for Packard, so there seem to be no individual names mentioned in this sketch.

So this is solved; well done!

Below is the un-modified puzzle picture; can anyone read the name after of the front wheels?  Parisienne? Futura?!
