What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?:

ANYONE FOUND GIVING ANSWERS OBTAINED BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH BY IMAGE MAY BE BANNED FOR AN INDETERMINATE PERIOD, AND THIS PUZZLE IS ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR AGREEMENT TO THAT IN THE THREAD IN THE NEWS AND INFORMATION SECTION.

You're right about the builder and year, but I must confess I didn't know its name was 'Dinghy'!
Maybe als15 can confirm that is correct?

I've had a brief look and can find references to both a Frua Fiat 600 Cabriolet 1956 and Frua Fiat 600 Spider Dinghy 1957.
It's difficult to find pictures of both however but from what I can see they are one and the same car..!
Will await als15's enlightenment.
